This is a beautiful and stylish crochet handbag. It’s easy to make it and it’s made from raffia ribbon. The written instructions are below. I have also attached the youtube video tutorial below.
Materials:
Raffia ribbon
3.25 mm crochet hook
Scissors
Yarn needle to weave the ends.
Abbreviations:
Ch: Chain
Sm: Stitch marker
Hdc: Half double crochet
Sc: Single crochet

Special Instructions:
Puff stitch 3 together: Yo, insert the hook into next st, pull up a loop-3 loops on hook, yo insert the hook into same st and pull up a loop -5 loops on hook, yo again insert the hook into same st and pull up a loop -7 loops on hook, skip one st, yo insert the hook into the next st. three times pull up a loop x3- 13 loops on hook, skip 2 sts, yo insert the hook into the next st. x3 pull up a loop x3- 19 loops on hook, ch 2 into the same st, yo and pull through all nineteen loops on hook.
Written instructions:
Ch 41
Round 1: Starting from back bump of second ch, 1 sc to each st. 3 sc to the last st. Place sm to the first and last st of the 3 sts you just made.Continue to other side with 1 sc to each st and 2 sc to the last st. Place sm to the first of 3 sts. 82 sts.
Round 2: 3 sc to the first st. Place sm to the middle st (this is also beginning st for round 2) Continue with 1 sc to each st until the marked st. 3 sc to the marked st. Place sm to the middle st, 1 sc to next st, 3 sc to the marked st, place sm to the middle st. 1 sc to each st until the marked st. 3 sc to the marked st, place sm to the middle st, 1 sc to next 2 sts. 90 sts.
Round 3: 3 sc to the first st. Place sm to the middle st (this is also beginning st for round 3) Continue with 1 sc to each st until the marked st. 3 sc to the marked st. Place sm to the middle st, 1 sc to next 3 sts, 3 sc to the marked st, place sm to the middle st. 1 sc to each st until the marked st. 3 sc to the marked st, place sm to the middle st, 1 sc to next 4 sts. 98 sts.

Take off the stitch markers except the beginning sm.
For the pattern, we need multiple of 12s, and our total stitches is 106 so we will need to add 2 stitches to make it 108.
Round 5: 1 sc to next 52 sts, 2 sc to next st, 1 sc to next 50 sts, 2 sc to next st. 1 sc to next 2 sts. 108 sts.
Round 6: 1 single crochet to each stitch around. 108 stitches.
Round 7: *1 half double crochet to next 6 stitches. Ch 2, make a 3 puff stitches together, ch 2, make another puff stitch into the circle you just created and ch 2. Repeat from* until the end of this round.
Row 8: *Chain 2, 1 hdc to next 6 stitches. Ch 2, 1 puff stitch inside the circle of next flower and ch 2, make another puff stitch inside the same circle and ch 2. Repeat from * until the end of the round.
Round 9: *Ch 2, 1 hdc to next ch 2 space. Ch 2, make 3 puff stitches together, chain 2 and add one more puff stitch. Ch 2, 1 hdc to ch 2 space. 1 hdc to the top of puff stitch, 2 hdc to the ch 2 space. 1 hdc to the top of next puff stitch, 1 half double crochet to the next chain 2 space. Repeat from * until the end of this round.
Repeat rows 8 and 9 until the desired length.
On the last round, chain 2 and slip stitch to connect the flower.
Working on the top part and the handles:
Round 1: 2 single crochet to each chain 2 space and 1 single crochet to each stitch. Pick up 108 stitches.
Rounds 2-5: 1 single crochet to each stitch around. Place a stitch marker to the beginning stitch.
Making the handles: Leave 22 stitches in the middle (both back and front)
1 sc to each stitch until the first marked stitch and ch 75,
Before connecting the handle, check and make sure it is not tangled.
Connect it to the next marked stitch and continue with 1 sc to each stitch until the first marked stitch on the back. Ch 75, connect it to the next marked stitch.
Last round: 1 single crochet to each stitch and 1 single crochet to each chain. Fasten off and weave the ends.
